ACCOMMODATION POLICY
Hotel Name
The accommodation is provided at Hotel Astoria (Jamshedji Tata Road, Churchgate, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400020.)
Check-in & Check-out timings
The Check-in time for 11th April, 2024 is 12 PM and the Check-out time for 13th April, 2024 is 12PM.
Early Check-in and late Check-out incurs additional charges.
Last Date to apply
The last day to apply for accommodation is 20th March, 2024.
Cancellation policy
No cancellations will be accepted after the 20th March, 2024.
No commutation services provided
The Conference shall be held in Government Law College, Mumbai and no commutation services will be provided by GLCMUN.
Complimentary Breakfast
The following meals are included with the accommodation – Complimentary Breakfast for 12th and 13th April, 2024 by the Hotel Astoria.
