ACCOMMODATION POLICY
Hotel Name
The accommodation is provided at Hotel Astoria (Jamshedji Tata Road, Churchgate, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400020.)
Check-in & Check-out timings
The Check-in time for 10th April, 2025 is 12 PM and the Check-out time for 12th April, 2024 is 12PM.
Early Check-in and late Check-out incurs additional charges.
Last Date to apply
The last date to apply for the accomodation is 15th March 2025.
Cancellation policy
No cancellations will be accepted after the 15th March, 2025.
No commutation services provided
The Conference shall be held in Government Law College, Mumbai and no commutation services will be provided by GLCMUN.
Complimentary Breakfast
The following meals are included with the accommodation – Complimentary Breakfast for 11th and 12th April, 2025 by the Hotel Astoria.

The consumption and possession of liquor is strictly prohibited. Substance abuse is strictly prohibited. Any damages resulting from the conduct of delegates causing nuisance will be recovered from the nuisance maker itself.
